When you purchase an eWildlifePhotography.com image CD, you agree to the terms of this license.

• The images are licensed for personal, advertising, editorial, calendar, multimedia or web use.  Resolution may not exceed 72dpi for web use.

• Non-exclusive use is granted to purchaser.  Mike Zurawski owns and retains copyrights to all eWildlifePhotography.com images.

• License is granted to the purchaser only.  License in not transferable.

• Image CDs are licensed for use by an individual or small office on one computer at a time.

• The license applies to individual images. The CD may not be distributed.

• Images may not be sold or used in clip art or stock collections.

• Images may not be use in an illegal, libelous, or obscene way.

• You may credit the image "© Mike Zurawski" or,  "© Mike Zurawski - eWildlifePhotography.com" with images not substantially altered.

• By purchasing the CD package you agree to the terms of this license and the CD may not be returned except to replace a defective disk.
